Apartment Rights

Apartment rights arise because the owner of a building or plot decides to split it into separate salable units. This splitting into apartment rights is recorded in a notarial deed. In this deed, a set of regulations and provisions are included, to which the apartment owners/residents must comply.  Also, a homeowners association is incorporated.
