Powers of Attorney

If you plan to be absent for awhile, or you leave Bonaire for a longer period, you may give power of attorney to a trusted person who can take of your business. We can prepare this power of attorney for you.

You may grant the power of attorney for specific legal transaction(s), such as the sale of a house or the incorporation of a private company. The power of attorney is then limited and only applies to the acts included in the power of attorney. A general power of attorney is also possible, whereby the authorized representative can do everything on your behalf.
